Case tracking

Know where your case stands

An immigration case can take months or even years. We help you keep watch, so important updates are not missed and every change is explained.

Why it matters

Small updates can make a big difference

Updates are easy to miss

Case status changes online, and letters can arrive at any time. Without help, important updates can go unnoticed.

Deadlines matter

Requests for evidence and other notices often come with deadlines. Missing one can affect your case.

Court dates matter most

Missing an immigration court hearing can have serious consequences. Knowing your hearing date is essential.

How we help

How we help you keep track

  1. 1

    We record your case details

With your permission, we note your receipt numbers, your A-Number and key dates.

  2. 2

    We follow official sources

We check your status through USCIS Case Status Online and EOIR’s Automated Case Information portal.

  3. 3

    We tell you what changed

When something changes, we let you know and explain it in plain Chinese or English.

  4. 4

    We help you prepare

We help you understand what comes next, such as a deadline, an appointment or a hearing.

Technology with a human touch

Technology keeps watch. People explain.

Our clients rely on us to watch over their cases. To serve more people without losing the personal touch, we are building digital tools that make case tracking faster and more reliable, so that updates reach clients sooner and in their own language.

Technology can tell us that a status has changed. Understanding what that change means for you still takes a person who listens. That part will always be ours.

Your information

Case details are personal. We treat your information with care and use it only to help you with your case.

Do it yourself

Check your case status yourself

You can also look up your status on official government websites at any time.

USCIS cases

Enter your receipt number on USCIS Case Status Online. The receipt number has 13 characters: three letters followed by 10 numbers. The letters can be, for example, EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC or IOE.
